Cat's Tongue cookies accompanied with white wine by Flore Blancpain Filipovic

Flore is an accomplished chef. Here is her latest batch of cookies, perfectly browned around the edges, a touch of orange blossom water. They are Cat's Tongue Cookies, Langues de Chat, Kattentongen, Leguas de Gato, cooked thin, delicately crunchy, not too sweet.



Are they glorious or what!

Flore  recommends drinking a fruity, dry white wine with them, a Chardonnay. Yum!
