Flore is an accomplished chef. Here is her latest batch of cookies, perfectly browned around the edges, a touch of orange blossom water. They are Cat's Tongue Cookies, Langues de Chat, Kattentongen, Leguas de Gato, cooked thin, delicately crunchy, not too sweet.
Are they glorious or what!
